When the body does not have sufficient nutritional levels, and an athlete is going through High Volume or High intensity Training, they can easily get Overtrained. Hence Nutrition plays a big role in an athlete’s Sporting Performance.
Sports Psychologist:
In this Role, you are expected to provide Psychological Interventions to control Sports Outcome due to Psychological Parameters.
There are multiple interventions that can control athlete arousal levels, in turn helping athletes maintain optimal levels.
Sports Biomechanist:
In this role, you are expected to understand human movement, evaluate the same, and provide necessary feedback for the same.
They use different softwares to analyze human movements in 2D or 3D, in order to understand and improve human performance.
Technique in Sports can be improved or Rehabilitation goals can be achieved by using Biomechanical Interventions.
Exercise Physiologist:
In this Role, you are expected to understand Physiological parameters and provide necessary prescriptions with understanding of different technologies that improve Physiological Performance of an athlete.
Vo2Max Testing, Pulmonary Testing, Blood Work are few of tests that Exercises Physiologists are supposed to do.
Sports Technology Expert:
In this Role, you are expected to handle the Technologies, understand the Reports generated from them, and provide the related feedback that can help the team to improve athlete performance.
Rehabilitation Expert:
In this role, you are expected to provide athlete prehab exercises, in order to reduce the chances of athletes having injuries. In the event that an athlete has been injured, they can provide rehabilitation related exercises in order to get the athlete back to performance in play.
